An eligible student who misses the application window must be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Hope Scholarship Board. Students who are ineligible for the program during the regular application window but who become eligible may apply to the Board at any time during the academic year.\u00a0 All late applicants must submit an Application Request Form for consideration by the Hope Scholarship Board. All purchases will be made via an ACH transaction and will be pre-approved by the Treasurer\u2019s Office. For students in the Individualized Instructional Plan (IIP) pathway, there are two options to demonstrate appropriate academic progress to the county superintendent of the county of residence by no
